AstroDMx's Object Name decides the folder, not what you pointed at

Captures file into ~/AstroDMx_DATA/<Object Name>/<date>/. Swing to a new target without changing that field and the archive quietly mislabels everything.

Object Name in AstroDMx is not just a label written into the log — it is the directory the captures land in: ~/AstroDMx_DATA/<Object Name>/<date>/.

Swung the scope from the Moon to Venus without touching it, so three Venus runs and 5 GB filed themselves into AstroDMx_DATA/Moon/2026-08-30/. Nothing warns you. The log inside each run also records Object Name = Moon, so the mislabelling is consistent and therefore invisible — every source of truth agrees, and all of them are wrong.

Change the object name before the first frame of a new target, not after.

It matters more than tidiness here because the archive scripts flatten by target directory: archive-night.sh copies <Target>/<date>/ to <date>/<Target>/, so a wrong name propagates into the cold archive and into what the log claims a night contained.
